​For a number of years I have also worked in television and radio doing commercials in Spanish and English. I have worked with the Valley Air District, Central California Blood Center, and with Simi Marketing for public safety and educational advertisements.

​The following public safety announcement was done in English and Spanish to bring awareness to the need for antibody plasma donations. 

During the pandemic I supported the work of making public safety commercials to support the blood center. Here is a commercial in Spanish. 


I acted in the following 2021 Emmy award winning commercial for SIMI Marketing and Wingsong Productions.

​Through volunteer work I did with Metanoia Films, I received recognition in the form of the 2008 President's Service Award (click the image for recognition featured in my alma mater's magazine publication). I also earned recognition for the service organization I founded with my family (C.O.S.T.- The Community Outreach Student Task-Force) from Hands- On Central California as the 2011 Service Organization of the Year.
