About Me
For the past 16 years I have served as a teacher, coach, administrator, and community organizer. I have always surrounded myself with strong teams to put student needs first when implementing change. Most recently as a founding principal of Justin Garza High School, I established a standard of excellence while building the foundation of a school culture where we "Stand for More." I believe that educators are change-agents whose work should always be aimed to help students actualize their fullest potential. In order to make this a reality, schools need effective educators to support the partnerships established with families, students, and the community. My core values of integrity, collaboration, and innovation infuse the work I do to serve others.
